Connecting People with the Support They Need To Tackle Fuel Poverty

National Grid Affordable Warmth Solutions (NGAWS) are pleased to announce an exciting new initiative with Citizens Advice Coventry.

Working in conjunction with Citizens Advice Coventry we will now be able to offer householders across National Grid’s Gas Distribution networks advice and support on a wide range of issues:

  • Identifying cheaper tariffs
  • Obtaining energy saving products
  • Advice on reducing energy usage
  • Debt advice
  • Referrals to other agencies for non-energy issues

Jeremy Nesbitt, NGAWS Managing Director, stated “I’m excited about this new partnership that offers additional support to customers across National Grid’s Gas Distribution networks”, he added “the provision of a new gas connection is just a part of the process and I’m delighted we can call on the experience of such a trusted partner as Citizens Advice Coventry who will provide a personal and confidential support service to our customers. I’m indebted to National Grid for their financial support to make this happen”.

The scheme will be open for enquires from 03 October 2016.
