Mark has worked in the energy industry for nearly 20 years, undertaking a variety of senior commercial and operational roles. He specialises in programme and change management having led numerous large scale transformation and business improvement programmes, including IT system implementations, company reorganisations and major sales / acquisitions. Mark is an experienced executive having sat on National Grid Metering’s (NGM) and Cadent’s Executive Committees, and has extensive operational leadership experience, having been Director of Operations for NGM and later, Director of Customer Performance for Cadent. In his current role as Director of Customer Strategy for Cadent he has overall accountability for Cadent’s social agenda, which includes ownership and delivery of its customer vulnerability strategy and support of customers living in fuel poverty
